Hall of Fame
Romick transferred to Marietta her sophomore year and earned three varsity letters in softball playing for fellow inductee Coach Jeanne Arbuckle. She was a two-time All-Region honoree and led the OAC with 14 doubles in 2005.
The 2007 OAC Clyde Lamb Award winner, Romick earned first team All-OAC honors in 2006 and 2007. In addition to earning Academic All-OAC recognition in 2006 and 2007, she was named second team CoSIDA Academic All-District in 2007.
Romick helped lead the Pioneers to three straight OAC Tournament appearances from 2005-07 and back-to-back runners-up finishes in 2006 and 2007. The 2007 team won a program record 34 games and advanced to the NCAA Regional Tournament for the second time in program history.
Romick earned a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Marietta College in 2007. She completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from Miami University in 2011. She is currently the Director of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)-Based Metabolomics Core and Assistant Professor of Pathology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
The 2017 Marietta College Outstanding Young Alumna, Romick lives in Cincinnati with her two children, Lillian and Annabelle.
