Krissy (Rowe) Knab earned 11 varsity letters at Marietta College lettering three times in basketball and four times each in indoor and outdoor track after transferring to Marietta from the University of Toledo in January of her freshman year.
Knab played three years of basketball starting every game but one during her career. She led the team in steals twice and in assists once. Knab earned Academic All-OAC honors twice on the hardwood and was the 2013 OAC Clyde Lamb Award winner. Knab served as an assistant coach with the Pioneer women’s basketball team for four seasons including the OAC Championship season in 2017-18.
Knab enjoyed considerable success on the track earning All-OAC honors five times indoors and eight times outdoors. Knab won OAC Outdoor Championships in the 4x400-meter relay, triple, and 200-meter dash. She was the OAC runner-up 10 times during her career. Knab was a two-time Academic All-OAC honoree for track
Knab graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marietta College in 2013 with a degree in Biology. She earned a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Marietta in 2015.
Knab and her husband, MC Hall of Famer Kevin Knab ’12, live in Marietta with their two children, Evelyn and Lucas.
