Men’s Basketball junior post player Eddy Grenert (Wooster/Triway) was named the OAC Player of the Week after leading the Pioneers to a pair of victories last week as Marietta clinched the regular season crown and the top seed in this week’s league tournament. Grenert scored 16 points, had three steals and five rebounds in Marietta’s 95-69 win over Otterbein. Against Ohio Northern, Grenert notched his fifth double-double of the season with 17 points and 10 rebounds. For the week he hit 58.3% of his shot attempts and was 4-of-10 from three-point range.
