Football junior quarterback Darrien Fields (Aliquippa, Pa./Aliquippa) helped the Pioneers take back the Shrine Trophy from rival Muskingum with a 49-25 victory at Don Drumm Stadium. Fields completed 17-of-22 passes for 244 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also rushed for another touchdown running the ball in from 15 yards out. Fields completed touchdown passes of 48, 30 and 28 yards. For the season, he has completed 51-of-71 passes for 542 yard and 6 touchdowns.
