Sophomore Charles Dixon (Columbus/Groveport Madison) led the men’s track team to a first place finish at the OAC South Split meet last week. Dixon accounted for 20 of the Pioneers’ 135.5 points. Dixon won the 200-meter dash in a personal-best time of 22.66 seconds. His time of 52.48 seconds in the 400-meter dash was good for fourth place. Lastly, Dixon ran the anchor leg in the 4x400-meter relay where the Pioneers placed third crossing the line in 3:31.81.
