Women’s Basketball sophomore guard Shay Lett (Chillicothe, Ohio / Chillicothe) helped the Pioneers to a 2-1 record last week averaging a team-leading 13.3 points per game off the bench. Lett earned all-tournament honors at the Anderson Tip-Off Tournament after hitting 4 three-pointers and pouring in 18 points in Marietta’s 74-51 win over the host school in the championship game. In the Pioneers’ season-opener against Adrian, Lett led MC with 15 points. Despite averaging just under 18 minutes per game, she leads Marietta in points and three-pointers and is second on the team in field goals, assists and steals.
