MARIETTA, Ohio — Marietta College women's tennis had its two-match Ohio Athletic Conference win streak snapped with a 9-0 loss to the University of Mount Union Monday (April 18) at the Beren Tennis Center. [

The Pioneers fell to 5-8 overall and 2-4 in the OAC. The Purple Raiders improved to 7-7, 4-2 in league play.
Mount Union took control of the match by winning the three doubles points, 8-1, 8-3, 8-3, respectively. The Purple Raiders never looked back en route to the 9-0 victory.
Marietta is back in action at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday (April 19) when it visits Muskingum University.
