Men’s Basketball junior post player A.J. Edwards (Twinsburg, Ohio/Twinsburg) earned his second MC Player of the Week honor after scoring a career-high 23 points in the Pioneers’ 93-78 win over Baldwin Wallace. He posted his third double-double of the season with 14 points and 12 rebounds in MC’s loss at No. 10-ranked John Carroll. For the week, Edwards averaged 18.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. He hit 63.2% (12-of-19) of his shot attempts and converted 78.6% (11-of-14) at the free throw line.
