Junior linebacker Jake Hammer (Wadsworth / St. Vincent-St. Mary) led the Pioneer defense with 14 tackles against No. 1-ranked Mount Union. Hammer made three solo stops and had 11 assisted tackles, including a quarterback sack. Hammer leads the Ohio Athletic Conference and is ranked 7th in the country averaging 14.3 tackles per game. For the season he has 43 total tackles with 18 solo tackles and 25 assisted.
