HEBRON, Ky. — The Marietta College men's golf team finished the fall competition season at the Polar Bear Classic on Monday (Nov. 3). The Tournament was hosted by Ohio Northern University on the par-72 Traditions Golf Club course.
 
The Pioneers finished tied for sixth place. Otterbein won the team title with a score of 299. Otterbein B was second with a score of 318, followed by Ohio Northern (321), Baldwin Wallace (325), Capital (327), Heidelberg (330), Marietta (330), Heidelberg B (332), Ohio Northern E (340), Ohio Northern B (342), Ohio Northern C (348), and Ohio Northern D (349).
 
Otterbein's Ian Morgan won medalist honors with a one-under-par, 71. Kelson McCurdy (Beverly, Ohio/Fort Frye) was Marietta's top finisher with a score of 78 tying for seventh place overall.
 
Jeremiah Fizer (Chesapeake, Ohio/Fairland) tied for 28th with a score of 83. Aidan Houghton (Tolland, Conn./Tolland) was one stroke behind Fizer tying for 31st with a score of 84. Andrew Korner (Mission Viejo, Calif./Capistrano Valley) carded an 85, while Zach Huscusson (Clinton, Ohio/Northwest) finished with an 87.
