MARIETTA, Ohio — The Marietta College men's tennis team suffered a 9-0 Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) loss to visiting Baldwin-Wallace College in its home opener Friday (April 2) afternoon at the Beren Tennis Center. [Box Score]

The Yellow Jackets improved to 12-1 overall and 2-0 in the OAC. The Pioneers fell to 2-1, 1-1 in league play.

Baldwin-Wallace took the early lead by winning all three points in doubles play by the scored of 8-1. The Yellow Jackets then swept the singles play, limiting the Pioneers to just two total points.

Marietta is back in action Thursday (April 8) when it hosts Waynesburg University at 3 p.m.
