Football senior running back Roger Walker (Palm Bay, Fla./Bayside) averaged 10.3 yards every time he touched the ball as the Pioneers defeated Wilmington 43-33 spoiling the Quakers’ Homecoming. Walker carried the ball 18 times for 173 yards and two touchdowns and caught one pass for 22 more yards. Walker, who recently eclipsed the 3,000-yard rushing mark for his career, has climbed to third place on MC’s all-time touchdown list with 39 in his career. He is currently second in the OAC averaging 98.5 yards rushing per game.
