Women’s Basketball junior point guard Amisha Herd (Zanesville, Ohio / West Muskingum) averaged 15.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game in Marietta’s two wins last week. The Pioneers improved to 12-9 overall and 6-8 in the OAC. Herd led the Pioneers with 20 points and 9 rebounds in the win over Mount Union. She followed that with 11 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists in MC’s victory over Heidelberg. Herd is currently second on the team in scoring this season averaging 10.5 points per game. She is also second with 5.6 rebounds and leads the team with 50 assists and 40 steals.
