Men’s Basketball senior wing Luis Garcia (Miami, Fla./Florida Christian) poured in a career-high 34 points to lead the Pioneers over Wilmington 98-85. Garcia hit 11-of-18 from the floor, including a trio of three-pointers, and was a perfect 9-of-9 at the free throw line. He also cored 10 points in MC’s win over Capital. For the week, Garcia averaged 22.0 points per game while shooting 57.7% (15-of-26) from the floor. For the season, Garcia is second on he team in scoring averaging 14.0 points per game.
