Marietta College names Lindsay Reho head women’s lacrosse coach

MARIETTA, Ohio — Marietta College named Lindsay Reho as its next head women's lacrosse coach Tuesday (August 13) morning. Reho is in familiar territory as she has served the program as assistant coach for the last two seasons. Reho becomes just the second head coach in program history as she replaces Malory Nadrah who recently accepted the head coaching position at Oberlin College.

"I am honored to step into the role of head coach of the Marietta Women's Lacrosse Program," Reho said. "I am so grateful for the support I have received since day one here at Marietta and cannot think of a better place to take this next step in my career. Thank you to Larry (Hiser) and the athletic department for believing in my abilities as a coach and I cannot wait to help continue to take this program to new heights!"

Reho was named as an assistant coach prior to the 2022-23 season and immediately made an impact for the Pioneers. According to Nadrah, Reho has the drive and experience to do what it takes to be successful. "Lindsay is exactly the coach that Marietta needs," said Nadrah. "Since she has taken over the attack, our offensive production has improved to never-before-seen levels."

This will be Reho's first experience as a head coach at the collegiate level, but she has compiled a great deal of coaching experience along the way. Prior to arriving in Marietta, Reho spent time as head coach for the Intrepid Lacrosse Club in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was responsible for providing skill instruction as well as mentorship for the high school aged players on the team.

"We have full confidence in Lindsay's ability to hit the ground running and keep the women's lacrosse program moving forward," Marietta Athletic Director Larry Hiser said. "She's a natural leader with passion and enthusiasm. We think the program will thrive under her leadership!"

Reho played collegiately at Seton Hill University. In her career as an attacker for the Griffins, she scored three career goals and collected 18 career assists. She was also named a Scholar Athlete by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference three times and earned a place in the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society.

A native of Canandaigua, New York, Reho graduated with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry in May of 2022.
