BEREA, Ohio — Marietta College had three athletes competing in the Baldwin Wallace Harrison Dillard Twilight Track Meet Friday (May 13) afternoon.
Brooke Huffman (Wooster, Ohio/Wooster) broke her own school record in the women's discus throw. Huffman placed fifth with a distance of 41.35 meters (135' 8"). She also placed twelfth in the hammer throw with a mark of 44.80 meters (147' 0").
Annie Priest (Frazeysburg, Ohio/Tri-Valley) turned in a pair of ninth place finishes. She set a personal record in the hammer throw with a distance of 46.34 meters (152' 0"). In the shot out, she recorded a mark of 12.17 meters (39' 11.25").
Addison Painter (Vermilion, Ohio/Vermilion) placed fourth in the men's triple jump. His best mark of the day was 13.05 meters (42' 9.75").
Marietta will close out the regular season on Thursday (May 19) at the Mount Union Last Chance Meet.
