Volleyball senior libero Mary Ervin (Lewis Center, Ohio/Olentangy Orange) helped the Pioneers start the OAC season with a sweep of Wilmington. Ervin had 21 digs and five assists in the win. For the week, she averaged 5.89 digs per set in Marietta’s three matches. Currently, Ervin is ranked fourth in the OAC with 5.04 digs per set 0.40 service aces per set. Her 21 total aces ranks fifth in the conference.
