Sophomore Brittany Kidd (Bedford, Pa./Bedford) won the women’s pole vault at the Marietta Open #1 indoor meet last week. The win was her second straight in the event. Kidd cleared 3.10 meters for the win. A week ago, she cleared a season-best 3.20 meters to win the Marietta Ice Breaker crown. Kidd and the Pioneers will hit the road for the first time this season for the OAC South Split meet at Capital Saturday (Jan. 26).
