WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Marietta College had one student-athlete earn a spot on the 2026 Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Team announced Wednesday (May 6) morning by the league office. In voting by the coaches, Barrett Lindell (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mariemont) was named honorable mention for the second consecutive year.
 
"I am thrilled for Barrett to receive all-conference honors for the second year in a row," said Head Coach Nathan Grover. "He was a tremendous leader and player on our team this year, as he was the backbone for our defense every game! His hard work, constant preparation, and dedication to his craft is second to none, which is why him making All-OAC is no surprise to me."
 
The senior defender was second in the OAC with 1.46 caused turnovers per contest and was third on the team with 42 groundballs.
 
"Barrett is as talented as anyone in his position in conference, so being named All-OAC is a tremendous honor for him," concluded Grover. "Barrett is now one of three Marietta Lacrosse alumni to be named All-OAC for multiple years during their career at Marietta, which shows how special a talent Barrett is on the lacrosse field!"
 
The Pioneers finished the season with 6-9 record overall and 2-6 in the OAC.
