(New Lexington/Crooksville) each singled to load the bases with no outs. Montgomery cleared the bases with a double to centerfield.

Junior Alexis O'Hair (Maumee/Maumee) (7-4) had another strong outing on the mound for the Pioneers. O'Hair threw 7.0 innings and allowed one run on six hits with four strikeouts. She extended her streak of innings pitched without issuing a walk to 23.1 consecutive innings.

Michelle Stiltner (7-5) took the loss. Stiltner tossed 6.0 innings and allowed four runs on six hits. She walked one and struck out three.
