CAMBRIDGE, Ohio — The Marietta College women's golf team finished fifth at the Muskingum Invitational Monday (Mar. 30) afternoon. The tournament was played on the par-72 Cambridge Country Club course.
Otterbein won the team title with a two-day score of 680. Baldwin Wallace was second with a score of 693, followed by Wooster (734) and Muskingum (734) tied for third, and Marietta (758).
Otterbein's Alexa Luebbe won medalist honors with a two-round total of 159.
Evie Gravlin (Columbus, Ohio/New Albany) led the Pioneers. Gravlin finished twelfth with a score of 185.
The rest of the Marietta lineup included
Addison Jackson (Guysville, Ohio/Federal Hocking) in a tie for fifteenth with a score of 185.
Madelyn Ebersbach (Madison, Ohio/Madison) and
Alyssa Tomlinson (Powhatan Point, Ohio/The Linsley School) were 23rd and 24th with scores of 195 and 199, respectively.
Cara Roxberry (Petrolia, Pa./Moniteau) rounded out the Pioneer lineup with a two-day total of 260.
Marietta is back in action at the Polar Beaver Classic being co-hosted by Ohio Northern and Bluffton on Friday and Saturday (Apr. 3-4).
