WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Marietta College placed one student-athlete on the 2025 Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Team announced Thursday (May 7) morning by the league office. In voting by the coaches,
Barrett Lindell (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mariemont) was named Honorable Mention.
Lindell earned all-conference honors for the first time in his career. The junior defender led the conference with 32 caused turnovers and was second on the team with 56 groundballs.
"Barrett has been a main contributor all year for us, not just in OAC play," said Head Coach
Ben Suchomma. "If you ask Barrett what his stats are, he probably couldn't tell you. He's a guy that is more focused on the team and the overall result."
Despite the 8-8 record, the Pioneers fell just short of qualifying for a second straight OAC playoff appearance. The eight overall wins, though, set a new Pioneer record for victories.
