BOSTON, Mass. — Marietta College men's rowing sophomore
Kade Hennacy (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) was named to the 2021 Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) All-Academic Team Thursday (July 8).
To be eligible for recognition a student-athlete must maintain a 3.35 or higher cumulative GPA, having completed one full year at their institution, be an institutional letter winner and also compete at the 2021 IRA National Championship Regatta.
Hennacy, a Computer Science major, manned the No. 3 seat in Marietta's varsity 8+ shell this spring. The Pioneers finished second in the second level final at the Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta and also competed in the IRA Championship.
