MC struggles at the plate, drops second straight game

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — Southeast Missouri State's Lance Hemmer allowed just two hits and one run as the Redhawks knocked off Marietta 3-1 on Tuesday, March 8.
 
Dave Thomas went 2-for-3 with one RBI as no other Pioneers delivered any hits. Steve Riley (0-1) had a strong outing on the mound as he struck out six and scattered seven hits.
 
Bryce Qualls paced SEMO with two hits.
