Track and Field junior Emma Fehrman (Newark, Ohio/Licking Valley) won the triple jump at the season-opening Marietta First Glimpse Meet. Fehrman won the triple jump with a distance of 11.38 meters (37'4"). She also placed sixth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.85 seconds.
