Junior Teddy Daub led the Pioneer men’s tennis team to an 8-1 season-opening win over visiting Waynesburg University. Daub partnered with fellow junior Eric Sturgis at No. 1 doubles and came away with an exciting 8-6 victory. He then posted a straight-set win at No. 1 singles by the scores of 6-2 and 6-2. The Pioneers travel to West Virginia State on Sunday before heading to Hilton Head for spring break.
