Junior women’s tennis player Carey Becker (Cincinnati, Ohio/Walnut Hills) went a combined 7-1 last week on the tennis team’s spring trip to Hilton Head, S.C. She was a perfect 4-0 at No. 1 singles and, with partner Alex Seals, was 3-1 at No. 1 doubles. Becker had to battle for the singles victories as three of the matches went three sets. For the season, Becker is 8-3 in the top singles position. Her and Seals are 5-1 at No. 1 doubles.
