Junior shortstop Kaitlin Klinchock (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mount Lebanon) hit safely in all four games last weekend as the Pioneers opened the season 2-2. She hit .462 for the week with three doubles, a home run and five runs batted in. In Marietta’s second win over Emory & Henry, Klinchock went 3-for-4 with a double, a grand slam home run and four RBI. For the week, she posted a .923 slugging percentage and a .533 on base average.
