Marietta College Athletics

Sophomore middle blocker Rachel Hackenberg (Grove City/Franklin Heights) helped lead the Pioneers to a five-set win over Baldwin Wallace last week. The victory secured Marietta’s first home OAC Tournament match in 27 years. Hackenberg had 14 kills and five blocks against the Yellow Jackets. For the season, Hackenberg has a team-best 271 kills and 82 total blocks. She is averaging 2.63 kills per set and has a .284 attack percentage.
