Kaleigh Herring begins her first season as the assistant women's soccer coach in 2012.
Before coming to Marietta, Herring was a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Frostburg State University in Maryland for two years. Herring designed and implemented programs for Frostburg State’s Men’s and Women’s lacrosse teams as well as the softball and football teams.
Herring served as the primary strength and conditioning coach for Frostburg State’s cheerleading, cross country, track and field and field hockey teams.
Also, for the past two seasons, Herring has been the assistant girls soccer coach at Fort Hill High School.
As a player, Herring played four seasons at Frostburg State helping the Bobcats to a pair of conference championships and four straight trips to the NCAA tournament. Splitting time between the forward and midfield positions, she tallied 12 goals and seven assists in her career.
Herring graduated with BS in Exercise and Sport Science from Frostburg State in 2010 and followed that degree with a interdisciplinary Master’s Degree from Frostburg State in 2012.
