2008-09: Whitney, a two-year letterman, missed all but 2 games with a medical hardship as a junior in 2008-09. The wing scored a season-high 2 points against Maryville and had season-best 2 rebounds against Mount St. Joseph.

2007-08: Swain was a key contributor off the bench as a sophomore in 2007-08. In 21 games, which included 2 starts, she averaged 2.5 points and 2.2 rebounds. Swain scored a career-high 10 points against Muskingum.

2006-07: Swain saw limited minutes in her first season with the Pioneers in 2006-07. The reserve guard, who played in 13 games, averaged 0.9 points and 0.5 rebounds. She scored a season-high 4 points against SUNY-IT.

Coach Meiring says: “Whitney will be asked to be our team leader and motivator this year. She is a very fundamental player and a tireless worker every time she steps on the court. I expect nothing less from her during her senior season. Whitney is the true definition of a team player.”
