Tim Conner

Tim Conner begins his second year as assistant football coach at Marietta College in 2014, Conner will be coaching the Pioneer wide receivers after coaching the running backs in 2013.
 
In his first season as running backs coach, Conner had a first-team All-OAC performer in Tim Conner.

Conner came to Marietta after serving as the running backs coach at Centre College in Kentucky last season. Conner helped develop an All-Southern Athletic Association running back as the Colonels averaged nearly 180 yards rushing per game.

Prior to joining the Colonels staff in 2012, Conner spent a year as an assistant coach at Tavares High School in Central Florida. Conner was responsible for coaching the quarterbacks and was the passing game coordinator at Tavares.

During his senior season at Maryville College, Conner served as a quarterbacks intern in the fall of 2011 for the Fighting Scots. Conner finished his career at Maryville ranked among the school’s leaders in career touchdown passes (fourth all-time), passing yards (fourth all-time) and completions (sixth all-time).

Conner graduated from Maryville College with a bachelors degree in physical education, health and recreation in December of 2011.
