Ben Zoeller

Ben Zoeller begins his second season as assistant football coach at Marietta College in 2016. He will coach the Pioneer quarterbacks and serve as the team’s academic advisor.

Zoeller comes to Marietta after serving as the running backs coach at his alma mater, Wittenberg University, for two seasons. He coached a pair of All-North Coast Athletic Conference tailbacks and helped the Tigers win a pair of NCAC football titles.

Zoeller was a four-year letter winner at Wittenberg and was twice named the NCAC Player of the Year and first team all-conference quarterback. The Tigers won NCAC championships in 2009 and 2010. Zoeller was named D3football.com All-North Region third team in 2010 and was a first team OhioCollegeFootball.com selection in 2011.

Zoeller graduated from Wittenberg University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
