Biography

Coach Brewer says: “Tyler spent last season figuring stuff out. He has matured greatly over the last seven months and we are extremely excited about the improvement in his game as a result. Our most athletic and strongest guy behind the plate, he will push Tanner Wood for that back up catching spot and allow us to keep everyone’s legs fresh for the long haul behind the plate.”

2016: Appeared in 11 games making seven starts at catcher ... Made collegiate debut against Cortland State on Feb. 26th and first career start against Lynchburg on the same day ... First career base hit was an RBI double against Methodist on Feb. 27th.
