Coach Brewer says: “Tanner has shown signs of being an above average offensive player and has the ability to push Eric and Tyler for time behind the plate. He should see time as the DH and will compete for innings behind the dish as well.”

2016: Earned his first varsity letter after appearing in 18 games and making seven starts ... Split time between catcher and designated hitter ... Went 3-for-5 and drove in four runs against Penn State Behrend on May 8th ... Had two multiple-hit games.

2015: Saw limited varsity action appearing in four games ... Made his Pioneer debut against Salve Regina on March 10th ... Had his first career base hit, a double, against Wabash on March 13th.

2014: Played in six games for Ohio University.
