Stefan Jordan begins his first year as assistant baseball coach at Marietta College in 2015-16. In addition to his coaching duties, Jordan will also serve as Don Schaly Stadium Supervisor.
Jordan comes to Marietta after spending last year as an instructor with Heat Baseball Showcase and the Rembert Baseball Institute. Prior to that he was the assistant coach for the Hickory Post 48 American Legion team.
Jordan played collegiately at NCAA Division I North Carolina A&T State University where he was a four-year starter at catcher for the Aggies. Jordan earned numerous academic awards including NCA&T Scholar Athlete, MEAC All-Academic Team and the NCA&T Dowdy Scholarship.
A native of Maiden, N.C., Jordan was a two-time all-conference player for Maiden High School. He earned Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2009.
Jordan graduated from North Carolina A&T State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications.
