During his time in Marietta, the Pioneers made four NCAA Regional Tournament appearances capturing one NCAA Regional championship and won the Ohio Athletic Conference championship all four years. Tekulve earned All-OAC accolades three times including first team recognition in 1999 and 2000 and second team recognition in 1998.
