Home to Marietta College basketball and volleyball, Ban Johnson Arena has been a part of Marietta College for more than seven decades.
A member of the Class of 1887, Ban Johnson left school to pursue a career in sports writing in the Cincinnati area and later served as the first president of Major League Baseball's American League. The fieldhouse that bears Johnson's name underwent renovations in 2002.
