2010: Earned his second varsity letter as a junior first baseman…Batted .326 with 57 hits, including 10 doubles and eight home runs, while adding 36 runs scored and 49 RBI…Collected 21 multiple-hit and 10 multiple-RBI games…Had a season-high three hits against Rhodes, McMurry, Muskingum and Wilmington…Tied a career-best with five RBI against Wilmington…Led team with 396 putouts and helped turn 25 double plays…Took the mound on six occasions and made four starts…Finished 2-2 with 21 strikeouts and a 4.50 ERA in 24 innings…Struck out a career-best 10
in a five-inning start against Denison…Named to Mideast Region All-Tournament Team.

2009: Earned All-OAC honorable mention and his first varsity letter as a sophomore first baseman…Finished third on the squad with a .331 batting average and 43 RBI…Collected 17 doubles, two triples and seven home runs…Recorded 13 multiple-hit and 11 multiple-RBI games…Had a career-high four-hit and five-RBI effort against Baldwin-Wallace and added five RBI against John Carroll…Collected a team-best 249 putouts and helped turn 29 double plays...Made eight appearances out of the bullpen and finished 1-0 with nine strikeouts and a 7.30 ERA in 12 1/3 innings.

2008: Made six starts at first base and three more at third base as a freshman…Appeared in 18 games and batted .340 with two doubles, one home run and 11 RBI…Had five two-hit games and a trio of three-RBI games...Made eight relief appearances and finished 0-1 with four strikeouts and a 10.38 ERA in 13 innings.  

Coach Brewer says: “Casey is incredibly valuable to our team. He’s been our starting first baseman for two years and last year made some big starts on the mound. Casey has had some injury problems in the offseason but he is nearing 100%. We look for Casey to have his best year to date in the pinstripes in 2011.“
