LEXINGTON, Kentucky — The accolades continue for the Marietta College volleyball team as two Pioneers were named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III All-America Team. Seniors Jillian Fellers (Alliance, Ohio/Marlington) and Emory Spitler (Lebanon, Ohio/Lebanon) were both named to the third team this fall after earning honorable mention All-American honors last season.

"What a tremendous honor for both of them and the program," said Head Volleyball Coach Kristy Anderson. "This is the highest honor that any Marietta College Volleyball player has achieved to date."

Fellers closed out a stellar Pioneer career leading the team with 3.54 kills per set, good for a tie atop the Ohio Athletic Conference, and became the all-time leader in Marietta College volleyball history with 1282 kills. She also proved that she was more than just an attacker as she was second on the team with 32 service aces and was tenth in the conference with 3.4 digs per set.

"Jilli is so deserving of this award," said Anderson. "Seeing the hard work she put into not only this season, but every year is incredible. This year we asked Jilli to step into a big role and I was so impressed with how she handled it. She stepped outside of her comfort zone daily to grow on and off the court. Watching her this season was incredible and I am so blessed to be her coach!"

Spitler led the conference with 10.93 assists per set. She also made her mark on Marietta College volleyball history as she became all-time leader with 3975 assists.

"Emory is one of the hardest workers I have ever had the privilege to coach," said Anderson of the 2025 OAC Player of the year. "However, her hard work doesn't just happen on the court it is in everything she does! Seeing her receive All American Honors makes me so proud but what makes me more proud to be her coach is since the day Emory stepped foot on campus, she has always thought 'what can I do for MCVB, how can I put my teammates in the best possible scenarios to succeed on the court and off'."

Marietta completed the regular season with a record of 17-8 overall, and 8-1 in OAC play, leading them to a second straight Conference regular season championship.
