LEXINGTON, Kentucky — Three Pioneer volleyball players earned American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Region honors. The three honorees are the most in program history.

This is Maggie  Feller's third time earning first team All-Region recognition. Fellers, the Ohio Athletic Conference Player of the Year, started all 25 matches this season and averaged 2.62 kills per set with a .286 hitting percentage. She led the Pioneers in blocks with 89 and added 258 digs.

An honorable mention pick a year ago, Spitler is making her second appearance on the All-Region team. Spitler averaged 10.93 assists per set leading the OAC.

Jillian  Fellers is a first-time All-Region selection. Fellers led the Pioneers with 309 kills and 3.29 kills per set. She finished the season with a .249 attack percentage. Fellers was third on the team with 49 total blocks.

Marietta finished the 2024 season with a record of 23-2 overall, and 9-0 in OAC play. Despite losing in the OAC Championship game to Otterbein, the Pioneers qualified for the NCAA Regional Tournament, to which they hosted.  The Pioneers defeated St. John Fisher University, 3-0, in the quarterfinals, but fell to Illinois Wesleyan University, 3-1, in the semifinals.
