MARIETTA, Ohio – The Marietta College men's soccer team suffered its second overtime loss of the season Saturday afternoon. Waynesburg College (Pa.) scored in the 99th minute to beat the Pioneers 2-1. Marietta falls to 1-6 on the season. Waynesburg moves to 5-3 overall. [

Wesley Riley (Marietta/Marietta) tied the match with his first collegiate goal in the 69th minute of play.
Tied 1-1 at the end of regulation, the match headed into overtime. Waynesburg's defense held the Pioneers without a shot in the extra time. Freshman forward Jude Anuwe tallied the game-winner when he launched a shot from 45 yards out that found the back of the net.
Marietta dominated play most of the match taking 30 shots to just 11 for Waynesburg. The Pioneers also held a commanding 16-2 lead in corner kicks. Waynesburg's senior goalkeeper Ryan Hunsberger recorded 14 saves, while sophomore
