GAMBIER, Ohio – The Marietta College men's soccer team lost a hard fought 1-0 decision to the College of Wooster Friday afternoon. The Pioneers fall to 1-3 on the season, while Wooster goes to 3-2 overall. [Box Score]

Playing in the opening match of the OAC/NCAC Festival on the campus of Kenyon College, The Fighting Scots scored the winning goal a little over seven minutes into the second overtime period. Jonathon Fox tallied the unassisted goal in the 108th minute.

Freshman forward Wesley Riley (Marietta/Marietta) led the Pioneers' attack with five shots, including two on goal. Sophomore midfielder Miles Alexander (Bellbrook/Bellbrook) had three shots in the match. Sophomore goalkeeper Chris Stollar (Marietta/Marietta) had two saves, while Wooster keeper Taylor Takacs had five.

For the match, Marietta outshot Wooster 15-14, including 3-2 in extra time. The Pioneers took six corner kicks to the Scots' four.
