MARIETTA, Ohio – The Marietta College volleyball team split a pair of matches Saturday afternoon. The Pioneers swept Pitt-Greensburg 3-0 and and the lost to Thiel College (Pa.) by the same score. [

Marietta is no 14-13 overall. Pitt-Greensburg falls to 8-19 on the season and Thiel moves to 16-10.
The set scores against Pitt-Greensburg were 25-10, 25-9 and 27-25.

Jen Braun (Chagrin Falls/Kenston)# had 14 digs and three service aces, while Robbe had seven. Jenkins added three blocks in the match.
A close match the entire way, the set scores against the Tomcats of Thiel College were 25-23, 25-21 and 25-20.

The Pioneers close out the home portion of the regular season schedule on Tuesday when they host Capital University at 7 p.m.
