MARIETTA, Ohio — The Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) crowned 29 more champions on the final day of the 2010 Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship, hosted by Marietta College inside the Dyson Baudo Recreation Center. In addition, the top three relay teams and individuals in each event earned All-OAC honors for the 2010 season. [

For the second straight year, Ohio Northern University swept the competition.The Polar Bear men collected 155 points to win their fifth overall title and the Polar Bear women compiled 122 points for their second title in school history.
Marietta's women finished runner-up to Ohio Northern with 104 points, Baldwin-Wallace took third with 99 points, Mount Union placed fourth with 81 points and Otterbein was fifth with 75 points. Heidelberg (74), Capital (64), Wilmington (54), John Carroll (24) and Muskingum (5) rounded out the women's team standings.
Heidelberg's Judy Bataille received Fred Raizk Most Outstanding Sprint Athlete honors in 2010. Bataille claimed the OAC title in the 200m Dash with both a facility and championship record time of 25.00 seconds. She also took runner-up in the 55m Dash after crossing the line in a NCAA Automatic Qualifying time of 7.00 seconds. Bataille was also a key member of the 4x200m Relay and 4x400m Relays, which both won OAC titles this season.
Baldwin-Wallace's D'Arcy Hlavin and Ohio Northern's Alison Steinbrunner were named Julie Rajac Co-Most Outstanding Distance Athletes in 2010. Hlavin won the Mile Run after crossing the line in 5:09.13. She then took runner-up in the 800m Run with a time of 2:25.96 and seventh in the 5,000m Run with a time of 18:47.01. Steinbrunner won the 3,000m Run on Friday with a time of 10:32.27 and then captured the 5,000m Run on Saturday with a time of 18:04.96.
Mount Union's Aubrey Loy was named the 2010 Phil Gordon Most Outstanding Field Athlete. On Friday, Loy won the Long Jump with a mark of 5.46m (17-11.00). On Saturday, she captured the Triple Jump with a leap of 11.06m (36-03.50).
Capital's Emily Goerig won her second straight Shot Put title after unleashing a NCAA Provisional Qualifying toss of 13.12m (43-00.25).
Marietta's Kim Keesler took home the OAC title in the Pole Vault after successfully clearing 3.50m (11-05.75).
Heidelberg kicked off the running events with a victory in the Women's 4x200m Relay. Jamie Depinet, Alexis Goodman, Jazmine Shaw and Judy Bataille combined to run a time of 1:45.65
Otterbein's Sarah Petraitis captured the 55m Hurdles title with a time of 8.52 seconds.
Baldwin-Wallace's Erin Norton took home the crown in the Weight Throw by winning the exhibition event with a toss of 14.78m (48-06.00).
Heidelberg's Jamie Depinet reclaimed the OAC title in the 400m Dash as the 2007 champion won this year's event with a time of 58.80 seconds.
Ohio Northern's Brittany Farber won the 500m Run with a facility record time of 1:18.94.
Wilmington's Callen Martin reclaimed her crown in the 55m Dash when the 2007 champion ran a NCAA Automatic Qualifying as well as an OAC Championship and facility record time of 6.98 seconds.
Baldwin-Wallace's Kimberly Chinn defended her title in the 1,000m Run by crossing the line in a facility record 3:30.11.
Heidelberg closed the women's competition with a victory in the 4x400m Relay when Jamie Depinet, Jessica Jones, Jazmine Shaw and Judy Bataille combined for a time of 4:03.53.
Mount Union took second place behind Ohio Northern in the men's standings with 119.50 points. Heidelberg finished third with 96 points, Otterbein was fourth with 66.50 points and Marietta placed fifth with 51 points. John Carroll and Baldwin-Wallace tied for sixth with 48 points, while Capital (46), Wilmington (44) and Muskingum (28) finished eighth through tenth, respectively.
Mount Union's Charles Pratt was named the 2010 Don Frail Most Outstanding Sprint Athlete. Pratt won the 55m Dash with a time of 6.51 seconds. He then placed runner-up in the 200m Dash after crossing the line in 22.74 seconds.
Ty Griffin, also of Mount Union, earned the honor of being the 2010 Most Outstanding Distance Athlete. Griffin won the 3,000m Run on Friday with a time of 8:45.05 and the Mile Run on Saturday after crossing the line in 4:22.72. He also finished runner-up in the 1,000m Run Saturday after running a time of 2:37.76.
Baldwin-Wallace's Greg Patrick was named the 2010 Bud Yoest Most Outstanding Field Athlete. Patrick won the Shot Put title with a NCAA Provisional Qualifying mark of 16.63m (54-06.75). He then placed second in the Weight Throw with a mark of 6.33m (53-07.00).
Muskingum's Demetrius Bailey captured his third straight OAC crown in the Triple Jump after leaping 14.09m.
Ohio Northern captured the Men's 4x200m Relay when Shane Hurley, Ryan Fleming, Jacob Schwab and Even Heyman finished with a time of 1:31.31.
Otterbein's Austin Curbow defended his title in the 55m Hurdles by running a time of 7.84 seconds.
Mount Union's Korey Smerk won the 400m Dash after crossing the line in 50.17 seconds.
Heidelberg's Mark Childs captured the 500m Run title with a winning time of 1:06.70.
Mount Union's Tim Kelly ran to victory in the 800m Run by crossing the line in 1:58.68.
Ohio Northern's Dan Smith covered the 1,000m Run in a winning time 2:36.46.
Capital's Josh Woods won the 200m Dash after covering the lap in 22.58 seconds.
Baldwin-Wallace's Kevin Phipps shattered the OAC championship record in winning the exhibition Weight Throw. Phipps uncorked a NCAA Automatic Qualifying throw of 18.62m (61-01.25) to win the event for a second straight season.
Ohio Northern's Alan Bowsher ran to victory in the 5,000m Run after crossing the line in 15:15.60.
Mount Union's ended the championship with a victory in the 4x400m Relay as Cory Smerk, Tim Kelly, Ben Russell and Cory Hoover ran a winning time of 4:03.53.
Following the meet, Ohio Northern was named the Men's Staff of the Year and Marietta was named the Women's Staff of the Year.
