The Yellow Jackets (8-2-2, 1-0 OAC) took the lead in the fourth minute when Andrew Thompson sent a cross into the box that bounced off the post and crossed the end line for the goal.
Baldwin-Wallace added to its advantage in the 49th minute. Tyler Leister fed a ball to teammate Pat Brennan, who fired a ground shot past the keeper from inside the six-yard box.
The Yellow Jackets capped the scoring in the 90th minute. Jeff Bonezzi found the back of the net after his shot deflected off the post and then the hands of the keeper to give the visitors a 3-0 victory.
Baldwin-Wallace out shot Marietta 18-10 overall and finished with a 10-2 advantage in shots on goal. Freshman

Marietta (0-8-3, 0-1 OAC) is back in action Tuesday (Oct. 5) afternoon when the Pioneers visit University Heights for an OAC showdown with John Carroll University at 4 p.m.
