The Pioneers (2-11-2, 0-4-1 OAC) were out shot 19-9 by the Quakers (7-6-1, 3-2 OAC). Wilmington also finished with a 15-2 advantage in shots on goal.
The scoreboard remained tied at 0-0 until the 88th minute when Britney Back fired the game-winner into the upper left side of the goal with an assist from Jennifer Packer.
Freshman #Kaitlin Pearse# made 14 saves in the game.
