A 1936 graduate who resides in Williamstown, West Virginia, Fenton has remained an active and popular figure in the college community. While at MC he played basketball (center) and rowed crew in each of his four years. He earned six letters, three in each sport and helped both of those teams win championships. The 1935-36 basketball team captured MC's first Ohio Conference cage crown and Frank was named to the All-OAC team. He was a member f the 1943 crew which won the Dad Vail Redgata that year.
Fenton, who is past chairman of the Fenton Art Glass Company in Williamstown, has been a member of the MC Board of Trustees for 26 years. He was chairman from 1970 to 1975. He also chaired the 1963 presidential search committee and received an honorary degree from the college in 1979.
