Dawn Karbler earned four varsity letters in soccer serving as team captain her junior and senior seasons. She is a three-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree at forward earning first team in 1995 and second team in 1994 and 1996.
Karbler earned second team All-Ohio honors in 1994 and 1995 and was a first team Academic All-Ohio pick in 1994. She finished her career in the Navy Blue and White as the all-time leader in goals scored (46) and total points (106). Her 14 career assists ranks second all-time in program history.
Karbler, a member of the Chi Omega sorority, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Allied Health in 1997. She earned a BSN from Capital University in 2001 and has worked in the operating room at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio for 17 years.
Karbler and her husband Greg have three children, Jayden, Carter and Reese.
