Christopher Sidick

Christopher Sidick was a four-year letter winner in both football and baseball. On the gridiron, he earned All-OAC honors in 2003 and 2004 and was an All-Region selection in 2004. Sidick graduated as the NCAA Division III all-time leader in kickoff returns with 106 and kick return yards with 2,235.

As an outfielder for the Etta Express, Sidick was twice named the OAC Jack Rafeld Most Valuable Player earning the award in 2004 and 2005. He was a three-time first team All-OAC pick and took home all-region accolades three times. Sidick earned second team All-American honors in 2004 and third team honors in 2005.

Following his time in the pinstripes, Sidick played professionally for the Washington Wild Things of the Frontier League. He holds numerous Frontier League records including career marks for games played, at bats, runs scored and hits. Sidick, who was named a Top-10 Independent Professional Baseball Prospect in 2006 by Baseball America, was inducted into the Frontier League Hall of Fame in 2015.

Sidick, who graduated with a degree in Management and a minor in Sports Management, lives in Canonsburg, Pa., with his wife Melissa. They are expecting their first child in April. He is the owner of C-Side Sports Academy, a baseball and softball training school.
